Damn The Moon is the coming together in 2023 of Durango, Colorado musicians Michael Ryan on Acoustic Guitar and Vocals, and Mike Bator on Lead Guitar. What began as two friends exploring music, quickly became something very special now called Damn The Moon. After several attempts at adding other musicians and instruments, it became apparent to the Mike's, that old saying “less is more” is very true for them. Now almost almost 3 years since meeting, they have come full circle back to the beginning of two friends, two guitars, creating and exploring music together. With a current library of well over 70 original songs, they have tapped into a lyrical style and sound that many find to be unique in a sometimes too predictable world of music. Their songs have been called “poetry put to music”, “relatable”, “stirring”, “uplifting”, “timeless” “thought provoking”, “a mix of emotions and experiences brought to life”.
